Mohammad Salah Wins Fans’ Hearts

LIVERPOOL – Liverpool’s Muslim star Muhammad Salah has won the hearts of his fans once again after fulfilling a young boy’s wish and gifting him his match t-shirt.

Salah’s acknowledgment of the young fan was well-received by the Anfield crowd after the boy had sat through the 2-2 draw at Anfield holding a cardboard sign, The Daily Mail reported.

The sign simply read: “Mo Salah, can I have your shirt please.”

One supporter filmed the exchange and called Salah ‘the Egyptian King’ as he rewarded the young kid for his patience throughout the match.

Scoring twice in the match, Salah has 21 goals in 25 Premier League games, with four in as many games, which sees him second to only Harry Kane, who has 22.

Known as a devout Muslim, Salah usually prostrates after scoring goals.

Becoming a superstar in Liverpool, he has won special respect for him and his faith, with many saying Salah was making Da`wah on the pitch.
