MANCHESTER – For the third year running, the Muslim Lifestyle Expo is planned next weekend, October 28-29, in Manchester, bringing together Muslim and non-Muslim brands targeting the Muslim demographic.
After its last year successful occasion, which attracted 19,000 visitors, the UK’s largest showcase of Muslim lifestyle this year featured over 200 shopping stalls, a delicious halal food court, modest fashion shows, beauty treatments, an exciting kid’s zone and many more attractions.
Planned at Event City, the event includes modest fashion shows, live comedy, food demos by top chefs, and so much more for the whole family.
The latest collections by Amal Al Raissi, Meryem Boussikouk, Bthania and Rishma took the stage and Somali-American model Halima Aden was one of the models to grace the runaway.
The London Muslim Lifestyle Expo was held amid aims to break social barriers and stereotypes, providing a neutral and friendly environment which attracted visitors from outside of the vast Muslim community, welcoming interest in Islamic culture and the modest fashion industry.
There are about 3 million Muslims living in the UK and this number is expected to reach 5.5 million by 2030.
