BERLIN – Showing the true teachings of Islam, German Muslims are showing their support for the families of the victims of Monday’s attack at Berlin Christmas market.
The support was clear in several posts on social media, which showed Muslims praying or participating in vigils to condemn the attack that resulted in the death of 12 and injury of dozens.

The attack occurred last Monday in Germany when a truck ploughed into a crowded Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12 and inuring 48.
The truck on Monday rammed into the market outside the popular market at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.
The attacks were immediately condemned by Muslim scholars who said violence would only feed hatred in the world.
