The Sheikh tells a story of when he was young and he wished to read the Quran very nicely and he used to imitate certain sheikhs.
When he became 18 he was giving dawah to his friend on the phone and suddenly a girl came on the phone and started praising him for his recitation and asked him to her birthday party!
The Sheikh remembered the verse in the Quran where iblis became an outcast and said he is going to distract us from the remembrance of Allah. Shaytaan comes to everyone, the religious person and the non religious person.
What helped the Sheikh fight this temptation was, that he was hearing the Quran, stories of the Prophets and stories of the sahabah. We need to remember that Allah warned us shaytaan will come to us and will bring us temptations step by step.
