Sisters, should we cover our feet and toes during prayer? We know our hands and face should be showing, but what about feet?

The scholars differ on this. The majority of scholars say feet should be covered, so socks should be worn. 

However, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said a woman should wear a robe that came to the top of the feet. This means the feet aren’t covered. 

It is OK for women to pray without covering her feet. But it is the safer way to cover your feet whilst praying.
