Such high expectations can certainly add to the pressure and stress of wedding dress shopping, but a little planning ahead can help the bride-to-be find the dress of her dreams.

– To keep your identity, modesty, your elegance and beauty at the same time. So don’t take off your veil in your wedding!

– While shopping, take with you relatives or friends whom you trust their tastes the most.

A healthy beautiful skin and a slim symmetric body is the aim of every bride. Below are some beauty tips to help you have a gorgeous look at your weeding day.

Skin Care

Homemade remedies and recipes are the simplest and most inexpensive ways that would soften, lighten, and heal your skin.

Eggs, yogurt, honey, olive oil, glycerin, and lemon are the most famous ingredients of the homemade skin remedies. The best about those ingredients is that we can easily find them in our kitchens; they can bring us a magical effect in our skin health.

The olive oil and the honey are highly recommended, it’s enough to remember that benefits of both of them- are mentioned in the holy Quran.

A recipe for Oily Skin

Mix 1 tsp. brewer’s yeast with enough natural yogurts to make a thin mixture. Pat this thoroughly into all the oily areas and allow it to dry on the skin. After 15 – 20 minutes, rinse off with warm water, then cool water and blot dry.

A Recipe for Dry Skin

One teaspoon olive oil, 1 egg yolk, one teaspoon honey, and oatmeal (ground or you can also use infant oatmeal): combine all ingredients in a small bowl, using enough oatmeal to make a paste. Smooth the paste all over your face. Leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse with tepid water.

For Dark Circles under Eyes

To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off residue and apply an eye cream.

An Olive Oil Body Wrap

You will need: Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Basil, Saran Wrap, Towels. Mix the olive oil and basil. You will need enough olive oil that you can rub on the areas you are going to wrap, then sprinkle the basil in the olive oil.

Turn the hot water on and let the bathroom steam.

Rub the mixture on your body. Wrap the areas that you are more focused on with saran wrap. Then wrap the rest of your body with warm towels.

Sit in the bathroom for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat every week or so.

Nutrition System

Never neglect food as a major factor that can help you have a healthy skin and slim body at the same time.

Most of the brides lose weight before their wedding; some make it purposely while making a diet. Others lose weight inadvertently due to over stress. In both conditions, dear bride -to -be here’s our advice to you:

“Make sure that your nutrition system whatever it’s is

Including:

  • Plenty of water
  • Fresh vegetables & Fruits
  • Fresh juice without any sugar
  • Grilled meat, fish, and chicken
  • Skimmed Milk, cheese, yogurt

Avoiding & Eliminating:

  • Junk food
  • Fats
  • White bread, white rice and white pasta.
  • Refined sugars

 ♥ Exercises & Workouts

Of course we all know the importance of the workouts for your beauty. But as a bride -to -be, time is probably one thing you don’t have so you don’t want to create stress with long workouts when short intense workouts are more effective for fat burning.

The workouts below are a sample bride boot camp workout from the e-book ‘ Quick Bootcamp Workouts for Busy Brides’. Make sure to perform 10-15 reps of each exercise. Move from one exercise to the next without resting between exercises. After you’ve completed one circuit, rest for 30 seconds then repeat. Rest for 20 seconds, and then repeat a third time.

Power Jacks

1- Start in a shoulder width stance with your knees slightly bent.

2- Jump up into the air and spread your legs out into a wide stance and land in this position.

3- Immediately proceed into a squat and then stand back up into a jump to land with both feet at a shoulder width stance.

Side Lunge with Toning Bar

1- Start by placing a toning bar on your shoulders and assuming a shoulder width stance.

2- Step laterally to the side and lower your hips so that your left hip is behind your left foot and knee.

3- Lunge down like you are going to sit in a chair.

4- Return to the starting position and repeat to the other side.

Reverse Crunch Scissor Kicks

1- Start by lying on your back with your legs perpendicular to the floor.

2- Slowly lower one leg until you are no longer able to keep your lower back neutral to the floor.

3- Lift your leg back up and then repeat with the other leg for the desired repetitions.

4- As you get stronger continue to lower your legs closer to the floor as long as you can keep your back neutral with the floor.
