Yes it is mentioned that men will get beautiful spouses in jannah. The one thing our Prophet pbuh) feared for this Ummah was shamelessness. This is why Islam has such rules about contact between men and women but the opposite is described in Jannah.
There are such great deeds that there is no worldly reward for Allah (swt) will keep their reward for jannah. Similarly Allah (swt) has kept the details of the rewards women will get hidden as they are so great.
